WMPG has introduced a new offering for our export market partners Margaret River Fresh (MRF) retail ready Big BBQ Range. Each of these four retail ready selections represent popular BBQ cuisine and packaging contains simple how to cook instructions.

The Margaret River Fresh cuts on offer are:

• Beef Bavette (Flank Steak)
• Beef Flat Iron (Oyster Blade)
• Beef Hanger (Thick Skirt)
• Beef Picanha (Rump Cap Roast)

Shortly the offering will also include Rolled Brisket, Point End Brisket and Short Ribs to the retail ready Big BBQ Beef Range.
