Australia has a reputation for producing some of the highest quality lamb available. Australian lamb is certainly a product of its environment and Margaret River Fresh lamb is no exception.

Australian Lamb is naturally nutrient rich with high levels of zinc, Vitamin B12, iron, riboflavin and thiamin; a nutritious addition for any lifestyle.  Margaret River Fresh Lamb is pasture fed and free of artificial additives and hormones – a product of its pure environment.

WMPG’s centralised processing facilities offer production flexibility in processing, aging and packaging.  This allows us the opportunity to work closely with clients to ensure they are rewarded with the highest quality, sustainable, tender product consistently.

Margaret River Fresh uses The National Livestock Identification System (NLIS) which is Australia’s system for the identification and tracing of sheep for biosecurity, food safety, product integrity and market access.

This allows for paddock to plate traceability ensuring best quality
